Jennifer Osei-Nkansah McGill is a native of Ghana, West Africa. She holds a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Akron. Over the past eight years she has held a number of positions with Multinational corporations such as Dell and Apple Computer. Jennifer has discovered that God has blessed her with many talents such as writing, cooking, painting and interior and apparel designing. She strives to use all of these talents each day for the glory of God. She started Inspired Woman to encourage and motivate women to become all God intended for them to be. Jennifer currently lives in Tennessee with her husband Rich and talented two year old, Ian. Her life-verse is Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.”


Gail Smith is a native of Mississippi, She currently Lives with her Husband in Nashville, TN. They have four daughter two of which are identical twins. She graduated from Alcorn State University in Lorman, MS. She has worked as a Social Worker, Law Enforcement Officer, Writer, and Professional Development Trainer. Her greatest joy comes from planting positive seeds in word and by example to the children she works with in Nashville. This empty nester now enjoys the time with husband and her involvement in church the activities.
